Rose Descat 1930s Black Silk Bow & Straw Wide-Brim Hat 。This summer creation from the \'30s its typical of fashions of the era. This fine black straw toque ( a small cap or bonnet having a narrow brim or no brim) consists of a round crown with another upturned straw circle twisted at the top that creates a type of brim at the front where red, pink and creme colored fabric roses and green petals sit. Such a stunning look!
In the 1930s\' hats were normally worn asymmetrically and slightly tilted or propped to one side of the head.
There is no label, indicating it was a custom-made creation.
This hat is in wonderful vintage condition and has been lovingly preserved among over 1300 vintage hats we have collected for 40+ years. Mannequin not for sale.
